~Cheer and Football~

So this year i did cheer for the first time! Ive done dance sense i was 2. I loved dance! I cheered for American Fork Jr High A-team! I was also on the competition squad! There was 19 on the A-team cheer squad, and there was 12 or 13 on the B-team squad. Then the competition squad had 25 girls. We started team practices in May, and competition practices in June and July. We had 3 competitions, TNT, Lehi, and American Fork Classic. We won first place in the TNT and Lehi competition. Sadly at the American Fork competition we got second. We were all disappointed, but we knew we did our best and that's all that matters. I love all my squad and also the Lone Peak 8th grade cheer squad! They did amazing at competition! Along with our football players. We were undefeated. The championship game was probably the best game ever! It was The American Fork Cavemen vs. The Lone Peak Knights. It was very intense! It was tied 7-7, so we had to go into double over time. American Fork barley won! Lone Peak played a really good game though. I miss cheer so much! We have our cheer party on Saturday! I'm so excited to see all the girls sense i don't go to school with them! I am so excited! We are going to Brick Oven and just having a party! But i think cheer is pretty fun!
